Wild cat, ran way from humans. We tried to find him a home via an animal shelter after we TNR'd him, but they sent him back to us because he was unsociable. They kept one gray cat we sent them, and sent Randy and another gray cat back. So he lived outside our house for a while with the other TNR'd cats.

Then we noticed his paws were infected, so we took him inside and took him to the doctor. He was diagnosed with FIV, so we decided to keep him inside for good. It only took him a year to warm up to living inside, and being totally friendly with all the other animals. He's pretty annoyingly friendly and lovable now, he'll scream outside our door and break in the bedroom to sleep with us for the whole night. Then he wakes up and starts stomping on my computer and typing on my keyboard, and we have to kick him back out into the living room.

His name used to be Creamy Mami, cuz his fur is creamy orange colors. But we renamed him Randy for the purposes of vet visits because I guess vets don't understand if we have a boy cat named Mami, and that name stuck. Get it? Randy Savage, cream of the crop?

Randy's meow is very small and quiet, which is very cute combined with his heavy Kubrick stare from his Ron Perlman-esque brow. His paws are still a lil' deflated from his earlier sickness, but he lets us touch them a lil' now! I'm really glad that he adapted so well and became the perfect indoor pet.
