Ex-lead guitarist of The Penetrators, current lead guitarist of Pussywhip. According to his stage gimmick he is undead, and possibly sustains himself on plasma.
Biography
Vicky was born in Soviet Russia under unknown circumstances. His father was Slavic, and his mother was Japanese. Otherwise, he knew little about them and grew up without his biological parents. He does not elaborate beyond these points in interviews. Rumor has it that his birth name may be Yuri "Yuri", but this is unconfirmed.
In the 1970's, Vicky arrived at the L.A. scene. He joined The Penetrators and indulged in the typical sex, drugs, and rock n' roll lifestyle. During this time, egos and tensions within the band rose. Jizzy and Vicky would butt heads over the creative direction of the music, with Jizzy pushing towards pop and Vicky towards noiser fare. Both of their partying constantly clouded their judgement.
Eventually, Vicky was ousted from his own band by Jizzy and his cohorts. Swearing vengeance, Vicky created Pussywhip with the intent of having himself as the creative lead and all other band members serving as session musicians.
Pussywhip broke up in 1993, after the death of lead singer Angus in a car crash.
Controversies
The Hotel Incident
At the start of the 1980's, while still signed with The Penetrators, Vicky was allegedly involved in an incident that occurred immediately before the band's world tour.
On July 23rd, 1980 at approximately 3AM, LAPD recieved a call from Jizzy stating concern for his bandmate, Vicky, who was holed up in their shared hotel room and unresponsive. As police arrived on the scene, there appeared to be a body falling from a top story balcony. It was thought to be Vicky attempting suicide, as he went missing shortly after this event. However, the body was never recovered.
Vicky was also not found in the hotel room when police eventually broke down the door. This is the only verified information based on press statements from LAPD, as the official police records from the night were misplaced. It is rumored that there was blood splattering found in the hotel room, as well as rumors of police discovering the bodies of recently deceased females inside, but these are statements made by unverified, supposed eyewitnesses who posted on the Pussywhip forums.
Hospital Morgue
According to the lyrics of the 1989 Pussywhip song "Nurse Suck", Vicky's corpse was discovered in the morgue of a Los Angeles hospital shortly after the hotel incident in the 80's. Though all its organs had been removed, it cavity was filled with blood. The body of a nurse who worked at the hospital was also found in the morgue.
Angus was interned at the same hospital during his coma. After awakening from his coma, he coincidentally joined Pussywhip as lead singer.
Museum
According to the lyrics of the 1989 Pussywhip song "I Stole A Dead Guy From A Museum", Vicky burglarized a historical museum's display of modern mummies. The particular mummy he carried off was a body preserved in radioactive sludge.
Shortly afterwards, Eddie (later known as "Dirty Sanchez") would join Pussywhip as the bassist.
Disappearance
In the 1990's, Vicky disappeared from the public eye. This coincided with the car crash that caused Angus's death. Internet forums spread rumors that he currently works as a ghost producer.
Appearance
Complexion
Pale, sickly grey. Green and lavender undertones. Can occassionally become flushed and appear livelier after feeding.
Facial features:
High cheekbones, narrow and piercing eyes. Flat nose bridge with nostrils, very serpent-like. Green eyes.
Hair:
Black and straight. Very long. Usually voluminous at the roots. Teased out to the high heavens for stage. Can be stringy and slinky when he hasn't taken care of it, such as rolling straight out of bed or during a deep depression.
Body:
The skinniest bitch (un)alive. Literally no organs inside his torso, only a spinal cord. Autopsy scars. Long legs and very tall.
Fashion:
Avoids pure black except for his latex and vinyl on stage. Has stretched ears he wears plugs in and pierced nipples.
Regular: Perfectly tailored yet slightly oversized expensive suit. Shoulder pads. Large, triangular silhouette. Red bottom stilettos.
Casual: Oversized sweaters with batwing or bell cut sleeves. Turtlenecks. Skinny and straight legged trousers. Chelsea boots or heels.
On stage: Has a few varieties of stage costumes, but each one leaves very little to the imagination. Red codpiece with large spikes. Straps and buckles made from shiny black material. Latex gloves that go up to his shoulders. Thigh high boots. Chokers.

Angus
Vicky keeps Angus on a short leash. Angus's guitars are intentionally muted, both live and on album, and dubbed over with Vicky's own guitar tracks. Vicky does not let Angus learn guitar beyond a certain skill ceiling, so he does not outshine him. Angus does not know.
During meet and greets, if someone compliments Angus's guitar parts, Vicky will allow it because deep down he is schmizing with his whole ego, knowing it was really him the entire time.
Angus's musical voice is genuine though, and Vicky is proud of the caged bird he's allowed to sing.
When asked why he doesn't just fire Angus and get another guitar player or singer, Vicky refuses to answer.
